7 things your guy expects from you! - A relationship guide to bachelors and unmarried!

"Being happy in personal life is the most important criteria to have a peaceful and successful professional career. Study suggests that lot of people go in depression because of their sour break ups with their respective guy and girl which in return effect their professional being. It would have been great if we knew the do's and don'ts of a relationship well in advance before committing to a relation. What a guy wants from a girl and what exactly he is ready to give in return have always been a topic of discussion in perhaps all the age groups and geographies."

So, let's start with what a guy wants from a girl?

1. To be that one person who she desires and wants to spend her maximum time with, no matter what stops her from doing so!
Yes, I know! You might think that it would make him to take you for granted but don't you think, this is how a relationship has to be. If he can't at the least take you for granted then who else he could? Just think about the last time he chose his friends or a cricket match over you!
2. Explain him your reasons of having done anything in a loving way while making him feel how much you missed him even in a group of people and be firm at the same time!
Yes, I too understand that the habit of explaining things may eventually infuse doubts in his minds but don't you think, those doubts may pile up if you don't do it at all! Moreover, if you explain yourself in a firmest of the way, I am sure he would think twice in doubting you. Be truthful in your reasons and you don't have to remember what reason you gave him the last time.
3. Argue, fight, disagree and debate with him in an intellectual discussion.
I always advise my female friends and colleagues to be that girl in his life who could challenge his intellect. Who doesn't want somebody who could help us out with her suggestions when we require it the most which could add value to life? Arguing, fighting, disagreeing and debating on every single intellectual topics challenges his IQ and there are high chances he would turn to you for suggestions in his most important decisions of life which could include "having a future with you"!
4. Never avoid his calls or messages even if you are in your busiest time of the day. Even if you do, ensure to call back.
Yes, it goes true for everyone and not only for a girl for his guy or a guy for his girl. A single incident of ignoring calls or messages might turn out in a habit. Never do that. Would you like to be a person who can't be trusted while somebody is in a need of something? What if, you lost somebody in an accident while you were busy sorting out your targets and achievements in your office and you had chosen to ignore his/her call at that time? Even if you do miss his calls or messages due to heavy work load, ensure to call back as soon as you find time.
5. Dedicate yourself to him. Solely and completely. Loose your identity!
Isn't it a nice thing to be loved by somebody to such an extent that you don't even know who you were when you started? Nah.. Don't be a pessimist now! It's always good to love a person in such a way that he is there on your mind 24/7. He is there with you while you wake up, taking bath, going to office, in those leisure time at office and sometimes in your busiest of schedule and till the time you sign off for the day and go to sleep! Though virtually but be assured he is there! Make it a habit and I am sure, you will definitely miss and cherish this!
6. Never go over board while praising your male colleague or a friend.
Yes, nobody wants to feel insecure by a potential competitor! What if, he starts praising his female colleague or a friend in the same way? Would you feel good about it? You might but that in most of the cases do not hold true for a guy who thinks about a future with you.
7. Never be absent for too long.
Even if you take your every step wisely and do everything correctly, there might be times when frustration and anger due to ego clashes takes over your relationship and you might sound negative about your own choice. Those are the times when you require that perseverance and belief more which could take you through those unwanted phases in relation. Understand! Its not the person but the situation which are unfavorable and you need to give it sometime or time for those unfavorable cloud to pass. But be sure of not being absent for too long because remember, he is missing you at the other end too and it should not hamper your future with him.

So girls, if you know you are with a right guy then be ready to sacrifice your every self to him and expect and get the same or rather more in return in terms of love.

Now, once you know what your guy wants, it becomes easier to tell what do you want? I am sure it is to reciprocate everything of what you do to him or at least half of it, if not completely!

Guys, if you do all the above written things to her then I am sure there won't be any single incident where you feel like calling off a relation!
Every relation in this world except the one with your parents is a "Give and Take" relation. If you are nice to somebody then you have all the rights to expect the same in return but if you yourself are at fault so you better know what it is! Don't you?

Being a dad to a family.....

"A beautiful Saturday morning ( as it is being called by my mommy), though I personally have never gotten to see the beauty in Saturday morning ever. That is because I usually wake up at 11 AM on Saturdays!  And why not? I feel I have earned it after a week long hardship at work. The only beauty in Saturday morning which I could recollect or see is the bed tea in the morning or sometimes in the noon while I wake up, brought to me by my sweet mommy! Everything seems so perfect. I do not have to go anywhere and I am not even being asked to do anything at home. Still, household chores are in a systematic manner where the inventory of each and everything is maintained as perfectly as it is maintained in the manufacturing companies. I, apparently, never got to realise how it was so perfect! Then there came one more Saturday where I woke up as usual and saw the entire home in chaos without knowing the actual reason of it. Out of curiosity, I asked my mom as to what's wrong and why are we loosing the peace at our home? The answer which I got, not only shocked me but made me to realise one of the biggest truth of our life which we always ignore to accept."

The life would have never been the same if that one person wouldn't have sacrificed his dreams, desires, choices and leisure time to give us a comfortable life in which we never have to think anything but making our own life worth living in the way we wanted to! He lost his sleep over our studies to ensure we get good grades, lost his comfort to give us a comfortable life, did not enjoy his salary the way he wanted to but made sure it is spent in the way we wanted to! We kept complaining, cribbing, shouting and even worse cursing him for not having understood us (at least today I realise he did not have to), for not fulfilling all our needs (which today I feel was useless). The needs? Never got to even realise what his needs might be!

He fell sick and bed ridden and then I got to realise that everything in home is because of him. It was his decision that the life which we live had to be lived in this way, it was he who shaped us in the human being we are today, no matter how strict he is but his strict behaviour taught me to be afraid of loosing cores of my life. It taught me to be strict too in the disciplines of my life. It taught me to take responsibility, make commitments and promises and more importantly to keep those commitments and promises. It's nobody but my dad who trained me to dream and assured me that he would always be there to take care of rest.

Today, when I look back at my life! I realise he had already kept his promises and he had not only been a dad to me but also the dad to entire family! And I wonder, can I be the DAD to the entire family? Can I run the house the way he has without being selfish? Can I be the light of their blurring eyes? Can I ever understand how important it is to take care of our household chores as efficiently as we take care of works at workplace?
Being a dad to a family is not easy! But it's indeed better than wasting our time in other materialistic cores. You know what I mean! Don't you?

Things of past

"Love oozed out of every bit of your action, your texts, your calls, your touch! We made promises! Got committed to something which we were never sure we could've achieved! You told that you would always be there for me. You told, "we are meant to be together till eternity". You reflected compassion, you empathised, you sympathised, you accepted my pain and we exchanged each other's agonies! You pretended to be supporting me during my struggle to make a prolific career for myself and I, perhaps, did the same! We went along well, people were envious. They bitched about us and we stood still and strong in all the adversities and complexities!"

Today, these are the things of past! We definitely have moved on. We are indeed happy in our respective space. We don't care about each other anymore. A simple text from you asking me whether I am doing fine, challenges my ego today and I replied informing you that I think I am better off without you!
This is perhaps the most common situation in all the relations which starts on a perfect note and holds a promise for fruitful and genuine relationship in future to live by! But what we forget is the impact that these relation put on our respective souls. We are forced to live the rest of our lives with a broken heart which would probably or possibly can never trust somebody else in future. Even if it trusts, the bruises from past show up again and make the current relation too a burden to carry. People definitely move on, some even claim to have forgotten all the pain which they received from their past but I have not met a single person till date who doesn't remember how he/she was treated in his/her past relationship. Everybody lives in oblivion to this wonderful feeling called love which at one point in time was the only fuel to their existence. What went wrong? Where did we fumble? Why didn't we try to make things alright? Why couldn't we bid each other a well deserved farewell? What was so important that separated us? Was that relation meant to be broken? If that's the case then what's the guarantee that we may ever have a stable relation in future?
I have not been able to find the answers to any of these questions! Or perhaps, not knowing the answers to all the questions is the safest way to escape a situation.

"Successful failures"

"I have been an active follower of spirituality since I was 9. I still remember the days when I was used to listen to those high funda spiritual discourses at the centres of Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB), the spiritual  organisation based out of "Beas" which is a small city located on the bank of river Beas. Fortunately for me, those discourses transformed me into more positive person and in the person who I am today."
Today, while I listen to same discourses I realise that there cannot be anything in this world which can provide us contentment. We keep running towards achieving our goals, our ambitions and fulfilling our parents dreams, a friends promise or a girl friend's demand. But what do we get in the end! Criticism! Criticism of having not done something which is left out after doing all the hardships. May be, I am wrong in analysing but one thing i can say is that we cannot keep anybody satisfied. People here, are fighting for their space and to protect their ego. You bend once and trust me there will be 100's of people to take you on a ride. Even the best of situations turns out into a disaster and then eventually we feel, "why god is so unfair to us?" Or May be god doesn't love us as much as they do to Ambani's, Tata's and Birla's. But do we ever thank that almighty for anything. No! It's only the human tendency where we enjoy blaming others for mistakes or even worse, for our mistakes!  Look around yourself, be it in our professional or personal space, we, the so called topmost creation of god, blame each other for every agony we have or as if that's not enough, we crib! And while cribbing in each and every situation we forget to live our life. I feel, it's high time that we start appreciating each and every moment of our life. If not every moment, then at least the moments we spend with our families.
I remember having a religious debate with few of my friends and they amused me when they said that doing good to others, breaking our heads on stones, lighting an "agarbatti" in front of a stone statue, means "Spirituality" to them. I don't disagree! At least, that creates an environment of being spiritual. But what I don't agree is to spend our entire life in doing so! because out of 100 times we pray to god, 100 times we ask or rather demand something or the other. Hence, I do not call you a spiritual person. We must believe in the fact that we will anyways get those things which we deserve but not which we think we should have. If we call ourselves the topmost creation of god, then we must have faith in the creator.
It may all sound like another person giving "gyan". But my point is, " if it does sound like a gyan to you then perhaps you should have imbibed it long ago."

Nothing we will achieve by enticing or appeasing others in this world because in the end everybody faces that eventuality of death. Let's make this world a better place to live our lives and not the place which currently looks to me as another organisation where we, as an employee, are busy appeasing each other. I call this as a " Successful failures" because we might be successful in winning others (human beings) confidence but eventually we will all be a "failure" if we continue doing this.

"Appreciate thyself!"

"Last week I was in Hyderabad for an event organised by my organisation, the 17th edition of Express Technology Sabha and as many of us think that organizing an event is no big deal! Yeah, you got it right, NO BIG DEAL! (Though, my friends & colleagues in event management would kill me if I say this :)).

While I was in the stage of creating a buzz or hype about the event before the event, one of my colleague (who is a journalist) asked me whether I would be attending the event or not (Perhaps, he would have thought that me being a sales guy, there was nothing I could have done during the event). So, unarguably my answer was "YES, I would be!" And his reaction on that was, " Great, then you must be enjoying all these four days"! I thought of explaining him the pain involved in "execution" part of the event but I held myself back and realized he wouldn't understand that."

The idea of narrating this incident was to make you realize as to how "unappreciative " we all are towards others work ( others include people who is of our age, junior or subordinate)! We don't realize what others go through while doing anything. To add to the agonies, we always make assumption as if we know in an out about everything. But yes! We do appreciate others work when it is all about our bosses, super bosses or somebody in strong position who we think, can be useful if we appreciate him/her. So, question is, "why are we so ambiguous"? Let me not dig into finding the answer for that! Cos "appreciation" now a days have become a matter of solicitation and we only do that if we feel we are going to be benefited from the person who we are appreciating. But have we been truthful to ourselves while doing so! Let's not fake it and try to be more honest in our feedback.

And the perfect solution to this is to "appreciate thyself"! Cos that is what we all want from others. Isn't it?? So, why can't we do it for ourselves? Once you start appreciating yourself for all you have been doing for so long to people, to your organisation and to yourself, you will feel yourself filled in with so much of confidence that your inner self will have clarity about who you should be appreciative towards!
As far as I am concerned, I never appreciated myself in all these years for what I have been doing or giving to people but everything which I did or put in my soul into have made me stronger enough to quickly decide that there's no point appreciating others. Rather, it's high time that I "APPRECIATE MYSELF" for having been able to do whatever I could!!!!
Hope, we all agree to it!

"Take me home!"

".. And it's a bright morning with already scorching sun providing excess heat to everybody and everything which is coming in its way! Birds have left their reapective nest in search of food.
There's a voice from background similar to my mommy which requests me to wake up! I thought I was dreaming but then there is a sense of summer (already arrived) and I have already started sweating. I open my eyes, note the time in my mobile ( the most valuable thing for me in my vicinity) and it's 10 am. My mommy switched off the fan so that I could wake up and perhaps that's why I was sweating. :) Oh I forgot, Yes! It's a Sunday morning with no obligation of going to office, login on time and keep getting exhausted till 7.30 pm. It's only me and my favourite time pass! (Writing) with a cup of tea (converting in an ice tea. Oh I so wish! I could see that transition). LIFE's Good! Isn't it?"

The idea of narrating the beginning of my morning is not to push you in boredom! It's all about appreciating the tiniest of moments which we live without regretting that we could've done it little better. The fact is that we really couldn't have! We all are so possessed with our own problems, tensions and agonies that! Oh wait! Problem???
What problem do we talk about? Is it because our girlfriend/boyfriend has not fulfilled the promise made with us? Or because we don't get desired respect or love from the person we love? May be, we did not get good appraisal in our respective offices or may be our talent is not justified at office with the kind of paycheck we are offered!
Oh now I get it! We call these circumstances as a problem. So let me be a little harsh or possibly a little rude to all of us. If we consider these as a PROBLEM, then mate! we are blessed and probably the "chosen ones" that we have those problems because we can never realise what actually problem, pain and agonies are! If you are really interested in knowing where does this 'so called' character namely PROBLEM resides? Request you to please visit "malignant diseases treatment centres" of any hospital. Yes! It's the same place where a deadly disease called CANCER is being treated and cured ( oh! At least they tell so) You may find many people who are just like us but the few differences between us (them and we) is that they don't know whether they would see tomorrow's SUN because they do not have the same cells in their tissues unlike us. Few carcinogens have mutated their cells into an altogether different cell category called CANCER CELLS!
One more difference worth observing is, they are happy! They are fighting with a devil inside, on daily basis and when they defeat that devil even for one day, they get the confidence of fighting it again, to survive for one more day... A real fighters, isn't it?

Whenever you think you have a problem or you cannot deal with a tension, look around and just think that you compete with a bunch of people who have been an epitome of Problems but they are still a bunch of "HAPPY PEOPLE"! Inspired! Determined!
They are indeed the best corporate subjects to learn from!

Redefining Life in 21 Days

"Less pain, better health, satisfying relationships, a better job, being more serene and joyous... Sound good? It's not only possible, it's probable. Consciously trying to reformat your mental hard drive is not easy, but you can start now and in a short period of time- time that will pass anyway- you can lead the life you have always dreamt of having."

These are definitely not my words but it comes from a great philanthropist Mr. Will Bowen! Ever since, I have heard about him, read him and known him, I have indeed been a great fan.

"Redefining life in 21 days"! Wow, what a great idea! They say, anything or any activity which you do consecutively for 21 days becomes your habit and that perhaps, is the driving factor of entire human race.
We might have read, heard, seen and observed hell lot of economics in our respective households or in a even larger spectrum i.e in our country. But have we ever observed! What is it which makes us to execute any action? We all will promptly say, it's our mind! But how? How do we blame somebody? How do we gossip? How do we accuse or subsequently how do we complaint? Let's go little deeper in economics! It's the same relation as it is in product and consumption. If consumption is more then production will have to increase or in other words if demand is more then supply will have to increase to match the demand level.
Likewise, our brain or mind keeps producing these elements (viz; complaints, gossips, badmouth or acquittals etc). You know why? Because the consumption of these elements are more by us and the culprit or executioner is our Mouth! Let's stop the consumption of these elements and automatically production will decline drastically. You just have to do it consecutively for 21 days! The steps to follow;
1. Begin to wear bracelet on either wrist.
2. When you catch yourself complaining, gossiping or criticising, move the bracelet to the other wrist.
3. If you hear someone else who is wearing a bracelet for same cause complain, it's okay to point out their need  to switch the bracelet to the other wrist, BUT if you are going to do this, you must move your bracelet first! Because you are complaining about their complaining.
4. Stay with it. It may take many months to reach consecutive 21 days. The average is 4-8 months.

Imagine the world without any complaints and then imagine the efficiency and productivity of each individual.

"A complaint free world"

Truth of "Smart City" needs to be Unravelled

Since the time, our new government has allocated Rs 7,060 Crore for the development of 100 Smart City across country, the idea has raised the hopes and expectation of all the stakeholders in the country. Be it, IT Majors, Construction & Infrastructure Majors or the government itself, all are running after a dream to see "India Shining".
Have we, as a citizen, ever wondered What's it all about? It's time to pose a straight face because it shows our oblivion!

Smart Cities are best described as wired up habitations that rely heavily on Technology! In his budget speech, Mr. Jaitley stated that they would be satellite towns of larger cities and also the existing mid-sized towns would be upgraded to the status of smart cities.
Now, once we know about the idea behind Smart Cities, we must also ponder as to how much will be the actual cost of bringing this dream in reality. According to Urban Development Ministries rough estimate, it's roughly Rs 35000 Crore a year! Yeah, you heard it right!
The ministry has also suggested a range of new taxes which would help in raising the revenue for government to fulfill this dream. The taxation may be in the form of enhancing the rates for already existing  taxes like stamp duty or on fuel! Now, that is where it would hurt us more. Though, the enhancement of tax rate is yet to be thought over by government but perhaps it's time to make ourself prepared for this sudden brunt and be ready to pay some new taxes!

Welcome to Smart City!!!

"I was busy"- A truth or a lie?

You meet your school friend after a good 5-10 years and ask the reason of not keeping in touch with you and he/she replies, "I was keeping busy with my life"! You are in urgent need of sharing your happiness or sorrow with your boyfriend/girlfriend and ends up making a call to him/her, only to see it getting rejected and later you receive a text indicating that he/she was too busy to take your call! You follow a client for a month or so and he always says, "he's busy!" You make a weekend plan with your friends and you realize on Friday that none of your friends pick the call and everybody reverts with a text saying, "I am keeping busy this weekend"!

These are the common circumstances which we come across everyday but the question is, Do people really keep so busy that they don't find time for the person who genuinely remembers them? I am not debating for the fact that keeping busy is always a reason to avoid somebody but what irritates is that those people pretend to be so when they are actually not so occupied! Why does the sentence "I am busy" comes in existence only when someone genuinely wants to speak? Why doesn't this sentence come from our parents? If they are really so busy then why do we see their regular updates on Social media with some or the other thing!!!

Perhaps, the reason is simple! Our parents are never so busy that they don't find time for us. In fact, we are the utmost priority for them. So, why cant we be like them!! On the other hand, the people who always utilize "I am busy" as an excuse to avoid somebody, are the same people who are utter failure in time management at their respective organisations. In our respective lives, we have all got 24 hours each and these 24 hours are sufficient to assign equal time to all your works. Speaking to your friend, girlfriend or boyfriend or client or vendor, is the most constructive way to utilize your free time which otherwise would have got wasted in playing Facebook games or gossiping with your colleagues!
Apparently, no one keeps so busy in their work that they cannot respond to somebody's mails, calls or texts! It's just the matter of "prioritizing" which we do not find in the case of this particular lot of people who likes to pretend they are busy!
Having not been able to give time to everything in your life, only indicates that you are poor at "Time management" which subsequently indicates that you are poor in any management of your professional as well as personal life!!

Next time you plan to say somebody that you are busy! think, ponder and contemplate whether the work which you are doing really holds so much of importance that you ignore your loved ones at the cost of saving your "busy bee" status!!!

Is so much of media scrutiny good for new government??

Its been almost 5 months since this entire election process started and media, indeed, has done a commendable job in keeping us up to date about all the happenings. In the process, the questions asked by media to common public, underwent many transitional stages. Initially, they posed a question "whether or not Mr. Narendra Modi would be Prime Ministerial candidate from BJP?" which later changed to "whether or not BJP would get a clear majority under the leadership of Mr. Modi?" Later, we were asked about the Cabinet Members and oath taking date & time!! Finally, our rational mind have been challenged by one more question as to what should be the schedule and strategies of new government??? I think its time to say out loudly that its ENOUGH!!

No doubt, media has done an impeccable job in bringing about awareness in general public in the entire election process but there has to be an end. Rather, media should feel happy for the fact that their efforts have been well received and Mr. Modi has been elected as the Prime Minister of this beautiful nation. Imagine the situation where you are constantly scrutinized while doing your job and ponder! whether you could perform at your level best in that given situation. Its really tough and sometimes it can only press the panic button as it happened in the case of AAP (Aam Admi Party) recently in Delhi. Mr. Arvind Kejriwal obliged media by saying that they are free and most welcome to scrutinize their every act which resulted in the collapse of his government in Delhi.

My point is, lets set Mr. Narendra Bhai Modi free, because its his government and he knows how to run it better than anybody! Probably, that's why we have elected him. Public has done its work, media has been constantly spreading awareness, Mr. Modi is the new PM of India and he has appointed his cabinet too, so what's the point in nagging it any further. Nobody likes any sort of intervention in the way anybody works. So, Please set them free and allow them to breathe and strategize for our country!!

We must pick some other topics for our tea time discussion now and trust me our new government will not mind it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :P

Cheers!

"Understand your Relation better!"

... Sometimes the habit of reading blogs make you to ponder on the issues which needs to be addressed strongly in public and on Social media. Today, while reading the blogs of the great writer Mr. Chetan Bhagat, I was struck by a point where he advises women to be more Self Confident and to have more Self respect! (words were not in the same way, though!). After reading the blog, I realized that there was something deep into that, which needs to be explained in depth!

While pursing my graduation, I came across lot of couples where all the girlfriend had one thing in common! that their boyfriend's were used to take them for granted. I personally did not have any stable relation at that time so I was always curious about Pros & cons of having a relationship. Perhaps, I was hurrying myself up to get into a stable relationship because that is what every college goer desires, to have a girlfriend/boyfriend! May be, that was the effect of my age and sometimes to be honest, I felt inferior to the guys who had girlfriends! :) But I did have close female friends with whom I was used to discuss their relation with their guys and what I noticed in their relation, was the lack of Trust and the existence of insecurity!

Lack of Trust, perhaps, is the biggest reason for most of the couple to call of their relation and in some cases, relations have even broken after 6-7 Years. Astonishing! Aint it? I read somewhere once, "Distrust in a relationship, is like a crack in the mirror which can never be in its original self again!"  The guys must understand that their girls have a world outside them too. She has other friends, she loves hanging around with them too and most importantly she may also have other male friends who are dear to her ! But that doesn't mean She's cheating on you. A girl, when she is in love, can do anything for her guy and by disrespecting her or by distrusting her, you are only giving her reasons to call it off with you. There is no point of getting obsessive and possessive, if she is meant to be with you, she will be with you! Shrug this worm of Distrust off your mind! This distrust leads to insecurity!

The same goes for girls too. You must feel more strengthened when you are in LOVE with a guy whom you have chosen yourself. I have seen girls, praising about their guys endlessly or talking about him solely, even
when you are sitting with your "Pals" who have been your friends even before he entered in your life. Understand! that your boyfriend might be dear to you but he is just a human being and your other male friends have their space and self respect too, so, by doing this you are first of all spoiling the fun which you would probably have with your friends and secondly, pushing your Pals in the ditch of boredom!

Instead, praise him, in front of him! He will feel more secured and contented. Do not accept everything what he demands from you and remember, you still have the parents whom you are answerable to! By doing so, you are asking your guy to live in curiosity and trust me! guys love this!

Have a self respect and do not accept his ego cos you have your own, right! Voice your likes and dislikes to him and trust me! He will be yours forever!!

Cheers!!!!!!!!

A Gesture worth Millions!!

... While I was growing up, I was always used to wonder as to what would be the one thing which unites us all in spite of  we belonging to different race, regions, religions, caste & creed because these are the factors which are responsible for the maximum violence which occurs in our country. Though I could not find out that particular thing but what I learnt in the process was very overwhelming and indeed astonishing! There is one thing which we all have but we utilize it in a very controlled manner i.e SMILE!

I read somewhere, "Smile a lot, it costs nothing"! But in this fast paced life, we've all forgotten to do that. Perhaps we think its taxable too. Its the strongest weapon which we have today and indeed can solve all the problems in life. Smile, perhaps, is the only best response to all your critics and a big "thank you" to all your admirers.

The story is of 22nd April 2014, "I was going on a client meet and was peacefully driving on the road but in the meantime, a guy on Yamaha RXZ collided with "Fiesta", Ah! it was painful! Indeed, for both of them! Be it in monetary term for the guy sitting in fiesta or physical bruises for the guy on Yamaha RXZ. But sometimes we must leave practicality and hence, I ran towards the Biker who was lying on the road with the blood gushing out from all his bruises. I helped that guy and took him to pharmacy which was about 200 Meters away from the place of accident, bought a roll of cotton and helped him to wash his wounds. We both thought for few minutes that the guy in fiesta would have sped away but we were wrong. He actually came back, accepted his mistakes and requested the biker to come along with him to hospital. Biker refused profoundly but he wore a SMILE on his face for the Fiesta guy which won everybody's heart. He just had to say this to Fiesta guy, " Sir, these things keep happening but make sure you drive safe next time because it could be your relative next time". Indeed!

I knew I had met a hero (in my own terms) and he had set an example for everybody. He smiled at me and I knew it was for "Thanks a ton!!"

I felt so good of myself and why not I had learnt a new way to answer my critics & to say "Thanks a tonn!" to my well wishers!!!
SMILE :)

Advent of MMTonline gives new hope and raises the bar in Machine Tools Advertising

....While everyone in the manufacturing industry in general, worries about current economic slowdown and decrease in their production capacity due to the increasing cost of raw materials, there are people in Indian Manufacturing market who are considering this as a positive trend. I, often wonder, what makes these people to think positively and of course, optimistically about the current slowdown!! The question remains unanswered, till date! The best answer which I could find, was the advent of new standards in the way Indian Machine tool manufacturers were used to advertise!
During my various conversation with many of the experts of Indian Machine Tools manufacturing business and on the basis of my own research, the best thing which popped up, was some of the interesting statistics! According to IMTMA (Indian Machine Tools Manufacturers Association) data, India Stands 13th in production and 6th in the consumption of Machine Tools in the world. Since, the manufacturing capacity has reached to saturation level and growth rate for the machine tools industry is declining in developed economies, shifting focus to low cost & high skill geographies like India, has become imperative. The Indian machine Tool industry has around 1000 units in the production of machine tools, accessories, subsystems and parts, out of which around 20 in the large scale sector contributes to 70 percent of the turnover and rest are in the SME Sector.
There is a huge gap in the production and consumption in the country itself if we compare the data of 2 consecutive fiscal year 2011-12 & 2012-13. Though the exports have risen by 19% and imports have gone down by 1%, there is still a huge scope to increase the exports further and bringing down the imports.
Now, this particular gap, prompted us to come up with the perfect answer to entire Indian  Machine tool Industry i.e. www.mmtonline.in . The idea is to increase the reach of Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers and take them globally so that the exports increases further and imports come down. Unlike print media (Specially Industrial Magazines), where the reach is limited and the database is confined to one particular set of subscribers, the MMTonline opens to new market everyday and is available 24/7 for entire Machine Tool Manufacturing Industry. According to GMTMA (German Machine Tool Manufacturers Association) Executive Director Helmut Von Monschaw's Conversation with PTI, "the Indian Machine Tool manufacturers must look abroad as there is a huge demand in German Markets. Driven by the need to reduce costs and source equipment at optimal prices, several German firms have started procuring machine tools from other countries like China, Russia and Bulgaria. India can join the table too."Hence, the MMTonline gives a perfect platform where IMTM can have unlimited reach, can share ideas, technological advances, new processes and predominantly can advertise if they seek entry in the new markets and if they intend to diversify. The platform also demands to work collaboratively in order to achieve mutual growth in the coming years. Therefore, the advent of MMTonline has given new hopes and has indeed raised the bar in Machine Tool Advertising!!!

.......Surviving with an orphan disease!

..... Most of the times in our life, we worry solely about achieving SUCCESS, about our future and about the prospects of making our finances strong. Hardly is the time, when we think about the people who have played a huge role in our lives to bring us to a level where we are confident of ourselves and can actually think about the betterment of our respective future. Those people, who were on Cloud 9, when we were born in this world full of agonies but still they managed to smile and felt complete. They compromised all their desires on giving us a better future and sacrificed their sleep and dreams in order to enable us to dream and to dream big!! We, in this materialistic world, call them MOM & DAD!!

"Mom is a person where our heart stays! & Dad is a creature, whose heart stays with us!!!"

Perhaps, this is the reason why! we are so possessive about our Mom and subsequently Dad is so possessive about us!

But, there is nothing new in explaining the definition of MOM & DAD!
What's new is, to realize the truth! To envisage the sense of loneliness and void created after they are gone! Lets face it and realize that this is the truth! I know, its hard to believe that the creatures whom we thought immortal, can be gone someday leaving behind beautiful memories and after setting a substantial benchmark which no other person can compete with!
The only thing which they expect is LOVE as a return gift against the many expensive gifts they have given us all through our life. Now is the time when we realize the truth, and yes! accept it too!
Alas! they will not be there forever, so lets squeeze each and every moment spent with them and extract every single drop of happiness from it to make them feel ecstatic, to make them complete again, to make them realize their dreams and to make them to live again! Otherwise, the days are not far where we can find ourselves Surviving with an orphan disease! A disease of loneliness! A disease of Emptiness! A disease of incompleteness!!

Thanks for reading!
Cheers:)

Are you over sharing your relationship???

Are you putting the details of your love life all over the Internet without realizing it?

Sharing the intimate details of your life online is dangerous business and most often than not we don't realize where and when to draw the line. Some things are better off kept private. Here are a few signs that tell you whether or not you're over-sharing your relationships online.

1. Your friends know every detail of your relationship- Did you change your relationship status from 'single' to 'committed' after just a few dates? If your friends know your Saturday night plans or what you gifted your partner on their promotion, it might be time to back off just a little.

2. You post everything up for approval- Are you obsessed with getting 'likes' and comments on your pictures and updates? If you like capturing every little moment and put it up online for adulation and approval, its time to stop. Realize that people you hardly know unknowingly have a say on your life and you're only pining for that attention instead of warding it away.

3.You and your partner have more contact online than in person- If the two of you are incredibly busy with your lives but don't miss a chance to post some random bouts of affection for each other online, its time to think about how much of that PDA is real and how much is made up

4.You update your status on a date- The minute that romantic evening you had planned out for yourself begins, you feel the need to inform the entire world about it. You're also concerned about what others must be thinking of you after reading your update. This makes the experience more superficial than meaningful.

5.You're concerned about what others think of your partner- Over most things, you're swayed by the opinions of your friends and family based on what they see online. Sometimes even comments from acquaintances or complete strangers bother you.

Going through an emotionally abusive relationships???

Being in an emotionally abusive relationship drains you completely. Emotional abuse comes in many forms - be it tormenting you to live up to their rules and regulations or a romantic entanglement. But you always don't have to live with it. There are ways you can tackle the situation and the person and come out of this mess strongly.

Address the issue

It is very important to address the situation. Do not overlook. Remember that you can change the situation, but not expect the other person or your partner to change completely. Show him/her how damaging his/ her behavior is and how it is affecting not only you but your relationship with him/her. You can then hope he/she will make a decision to change. The abusiveness in him/her is rooted in multiple layers of their emotions and perspectives, thus it will take some time for him/her to understand your situation.

Do not compromise

Compromising yourself in an emotionally abusive relationship will not heal your situation. You should not change yourself for anybody, just because he/she expects you to comply to their rules and regulations. That is not how a relationship works. Once you are firm and make a stand, he/she will understand gradually that you cannot be emotionally abused.

A relation is about two individuals being together

A relationship is about give and take. It can never be a one-sided affair. He/she also needs to understand that you have your own say in the relationship. Try and voice your opinions as well. Do not keep quiet and just listen to him/her. Make sure he/she hears you out, so that they know that they cannot emotionally abuse you.

Learn to say NO

It is crucial to say 'No' to him/her at times. If you always agree to what he/she tells you or expects you to do; he/she will take advantage of the situation.

Are you being used by her??????

"It started out fine and full of promise. But as time goes on, you cannot help but shake that feeling that she is using you, and giving nothing in return".

One of the cruelest things a woman can do to a guy, is to know that he has a soft spot for her and believes in her niceness, but will use that to sweetly use him as a way to pass the time and help do odd-jobs, and to keep him hanging. She also offers nothing in return apart from empty words. A fake friendship of one-sided convenience. In short, you are her go-to person, her Man Friday.

In such cases, the best thing you can do yourself is simply this - save yourself before the inevitable showdown, take the higher ground and cut off ties. Do this not to get back at her, but to simply realize that you are not getting younger and you should be focusing your efforts and energies on a girl that truly feels for you and reciprocates. Here are some of the signs that you are being royally used. It's important that you learn to read these signs, because she will never tell you the same in a blunt manner. After all, why would she give up the opportunity of having a glorified servant for free?

She wants a lot of space
Are you friends with someone who calls and messages you often or wants to meet you only when in need and having done that, ignores you for a week or so, before the Next Big Emergency? Every time she ignores you or pushes you away, you may find yourself falling more madly in love with her. On the other hand, she's probably not only playing you like a puppet, but having sex with other guys who probably don't treat her even half as nice as you do. Remember this - when a girl claims to really like you, but avoids you for stretches of time despite claiming to "never get tired of spending time with you" there's a good chance there's another guy in her life and that given the opportunity, she will be sleeping with him. Save yourself for a better woman.

Friend zone!
She hugs you and calls you over for movies at her place at the other end of town. Like a fool, you go. She will greet you with a hug, perhaps. If she is hungry, she will ask you to go down and pick up a sandwich. You will willingly go, thinking that it'll score you some brownie points for being 'such a sweet guy'. You feel good about yourself, but you are living in a fool's paradise. You are being TOO nice. In effect, you are her lap-dog. She'll offer you a drink and a few snacks. But will keep well away from you, proximity-wise. Get wise! You could probably have more fun hanging out with someone else.

You barely know her friends
When a girl uses you, there's a good chance you're going to meet just a few - in none at all - of her friends. If she calls you over but always has some of her girlfriends over or worse, some other guy who she has way better body language with, make an excuse and LEAVE. And when she calls you over to a party, she barely pays you any attention, given that you barely know anyone else there. It's something most guys almost always forgive and forget. If she's convinced that you're the man in her life, she'd proudly make you meet her friends.

Benefit of the doubt
She may be genuinely confused about the kind of relationship both of you share, especially if she's just broken up with her guy or is still in a relationship with some other guy. But the point is she's confused. That doesn't mean YOU need to be a part of that confusion. If she loves you, there's nothing to be confused about. It's as simple as that. If she's still in love with another guy, you're not the winner here. You're the scapegoat filling up the blanks when her boyfriend or another guy doesn't have the time for her.

She wants you to listen, but not the other way around
Are you in love with a girl who loves talking about her own life and her little problems? Does she tell you about how bad her ex-boyfriend was? And on the other hand, every time you try telling something to her, does she try top keep the conversation short and offer you solutions that you have already thought about? Does she tell you to 'man up' and offer you no sympathy whatsoever? If she did love you, she'd be more interested to know about you and your life than whining about her own aches and pains.

If the answer to any of the above is a 'yes', then it's time you dedicate the Led Zeppelin song to her called 'Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You'

Cell Phone Etiquette- A must read

1. Do respect those who are with you. When you're engaged face-to-face with others, either in a meeting or a conversation, give them your complete and undivided attention. Avoid texting or taking calls. If a call is important, apologize and ask permission before accepting it.
2. Don't yell. The average person talks three times louder on a cellphone than they do in a face-to-face conversation. Always be mindful of your volume.
3. Do be a good dining companion. No one wants to be a captive audience to a third-party cellphone conversation, or to sit in silence while their dining companion texts with someone. Always silence and store your phone before being seated. Never put your mobile phone on the table.
4. Don't ignore universal quiet zones such as the theater, religious places, the library, your daughter's dance recital and funerals.
5. Do let voice mail do its job. When you're in the company of others, let voice mail handle non-urgent calls.
6. Don't make wait staff wait. Whether it's your turn in line or time to order at the table, always make yourself available to the server. Making servers and other patrons wait for you to finish a personal phone call is never acceptable. If the call is important, step away from the table or get out of line.
7. Don't text and drive. There is no message that is so important.
8. Do keep arguments under wraps. Nobody can hear the person on the other end. All they are aware of is a one-sided screaming match a few feet away.
9. Don't forget to filter your language. A rule of thumb: If you wouldn't walk through a busy public place with a particular word or comment printed on your T-shirt, don't use it in cellphone conversations.
10. Do respect the personal space of others. When you must use your phone in public, try to keep at least 10 feet (three meters) between you and others.
11. Do exercise good international calling behaviour. The rules of cellphone etiquette vary from country to country.
Good cellphone etiquette is similar to common courtesy. Conversations and text exchanges have a tendency to distract people from what's happening in front of them. Cellphone users should be thoughtful, courteous and respect the people around them.

Crimson Tide

Remember the great hollywood movie "Crimson Tide" from the year 1995 where Denzel Washington (Lt. commander Ron Hunter) and Gene Hackman (Capt. Ramsey), had hell lot of conflicts due to differences in their opinion over Nuclear attack. The movie teaches us a lot and the most important conclusion which I could draw from the movie was to learn and survive with the differences in the people.

Let me put it across in this way, How many times in our respective offices do we think that our boss is wrong and we are right?? How many times do we think that we are being ordered by a person who is comparatively under qualified than us??  The problem here is not your boss but its all about perception and perseverance. We, at our age and with our understanding consider ourselves superior whereas the boss with his experience, consider us kids and perhaps ends up underestimating our innate quality of taking the risks.

Yes, as per a survey which I found in "Times of India", Indian population consists of 52% youngsters (age group 18-30), which indicates the amount of risk taking ability of India but still we lag and worry about poor governance. We fight in this cut throat world to make our existence felt but unfortunately ends up becoming something who is a slave and can work long hours if they are paid a handsome package.

The idea of me bringing the reference of the movie "Crimson Tide" was only to highlight the point that being a fresher in any industry is not a crime and bosses in the respective industry must welcome the fresh ideas which a fresher brings with him. I have faced this situation in my previous company where I was always used to think that I was good at everything and my everything included everything. But my boss had this ego clashes and a sense of inferiority in something which I am yet to find out. I performed and performed well. I ended up giving my company the ROI of 1500% but still my boss was never happy and always wanted me to follow his footsteps. As far as I am concerned, I would never want to follow any body because it would only lead to me to positions they are in..........
