"Take me home!"

".. And it's a bright morning with already scorching sun providing excess heat to everybody and everything which is coming in its way! Birds have left their reapective nest in search of food.
There's a voice from background similar to my mommy which requests me to wake up! I thought I was dreaming but then there is a sense of summer (already arrived) and I have already started sweating. I open my eyes, note the time in my mobile ( the most valuable thing for me in my vicinity) and it's 10 am. My mommy switched off the fan so that I could wake up and perhaps that's why I was sweating. :) Oh I forgot, Yes! It's a Sunday morning with no obligation of going to office, login on time and keep getting exhausted till 7.30 pm. It's only me and my favourite time pass! (Writing) with a cup of tea (converting in an ice tea. Oh I so wish! I could see that transition). LIFE's Good! Isn't it?"

The idea of narrating the beginning of my morning is not to push you in boredom! It's all about appreciating the tiniest of moments which we live without regretting that we could've done it little better. The fact is that we really couldn't have! We all are so possessed with our own problems, tensions and agonies that! Oh wait! Problem???
What problem do we talk about? Is it because our girlfriend/boyfriend has not fulfilled the promise made with us? Or because we don't get desired respect or love from the person we love? May be, we did not get good appraisal in our respective offices or may be our talent is not justified at office with the kind of paycheck we are offered!
Oh now I get it! We call these circumstances as a problem. So let me be a little harsh or possibly a little rude to all of us. If we consider these as a PROBLEM, then mate! we are blessed and probably the "chosen ones" that we have those problems because we can never realise what actually problem, pain and agonies are! If you are really interested in knowing where does this 'so called' character namely PROBLEM resides? Request you to please visit "malignant diseases treatment centres" of any hospital. Yes! It's the same place where a deadly disease called CANCER is being treated and cured ( oh! At least they tell so) You may find many people who are just like us but the few differences between us (them and we) is that they don't know whether they would see tomorrow's SUN because they do not have the same cells in their tissues unlike us. Few carcinogens have mutated their cells into an altogether different cell category called CANCER CELLS!
One more difference worth observing is, they are happy! They are fighting with a devil inside, on daily basis and when they defeat that devil even for one day, they get the confidence of fighting it again, to survive for one more day... A real fighters, isn't it?

Whenever you think you have a problem or you cannot deal with a tension, look around and just think that you compete with a bunch of people who have been an epitome of Problems but they are still a bunch of "HAPPY PEOPLE"! Inspired! Determined!
They are indeed the best corporate subjects to learn from!

Redefining Life in 21 Days

"Less pain, better health, satisfying relationships, a better job, being more serene and joyous... Sound good? It's not only possible, it's probable. Consciously trying to reformat your mental hard drive is not easy, but you can start now and in a short period of time- time that will pass anyway- you can lead the life you have always dreamt of having."

These are definitely not my words but it comes from a great philanthropist Mr. Will Bowen! Ever since, I have heard about him, read him and known him, I have indeed been a great fan.

"Redefining life in 21 days"! Wow, what a great idea! They say, anything or any activity which you do consecutively for 21 days becomes your habit and that perhaps, is the driving factor of entire human race.
We might have read, heard, seen and observed hell lot of economics in our respective households or in a even larger spectrum i.e in our country. But have we ever observed! What is it which makes us to execute any action? We all will promptly say, it's our mind! But how? How do we blame somebody? How do we gossip? How do we accuse or subsequently how do we complaint? Let's go little deeper in economics! It's the same relation as it is in product and consumption. If consumption is more then production will have to increase or in other words if demand is more then supply will have to increase to match the demand level.
Likewise, our brain or mind keeps producing these elements (viz; complaints, gossips, badmouth or acquittals etc). You know why? Because the consumption of these elements are more by us and the culprit or executioner is our Mouth! Let's stop the consumption of these elements and automatically production will decline drastically. You just have to do it consecutively for 21 days! The steps to follow;
1. Begin to wear bracelet on either wrist.
2. When you catch yourself complaining, gossiping or criticising, move the bracelet to the other wrist.
3. If you hear someone else who is wearing a bracelet for same cause complain, it's okay to point out their need  to switch the bracelet to the other wrist, BUT if you are going to do this, you must move your bracelet first! Because you are complaining about their complaining.
4. Stay with it. It may take many months to reach consecutive 21 days. The average is 4-8 months.

Imagine the world without any complaints and then imagine the efficiency and productivity of each individual.

"A complaint free world"

Truth of "Smart City" needs to be Unravelled

Since the time, our new government has allocated Rs 7,060 Crore for the development of 100 Smart City across country, the idea has raised the hopes and expectation of all the stakeholders in the country. Be it, IT Majors, Construction & Infrastructure Majors or the government itself, all are running after a dream to see "India Shining".
Have we, as a citizen, ever wondered What's it all about? It's time to pose a straight face because it shows our oblivion!

Smart Cities are best described as wired up habitations that rely heavily on Technology! In his budget speech, Mr. Jaitley stated that they would be satellite towns of larger cities and also the existing mid-sized towns would be upgraded to the status of smart cities.
Now, once we know about the idea behind Smart Cities, we must also ponder as to how much will be the actual cost of bringing this dream in reality. According to Urban Development Ministries rough estimate, it's roughly Rs 35000 Crore a year! Yeah, you heard it right!
The ministry has also suggested a range of new taxes which would help in raising the revenue for government to fulfill this dream. The taxation may be in the form of enhancing the rates for already existing  taxes like stamp duty or on fuel! Now, that is where it would hurt us more. Though, the enhancement of tax rate is yet to be thought over by government but perhaps it's time to make ourself prepared for this sudden brunt and be ready to pay some new taxes!

Welcome to Smart City!!!

"I was busy"- A truth or a lie?

You meet your school friend after a good 5-10 years and ask the reason of not keeping in touch with you and he/she replies, "I was keeping busy with my life"! You are in urgent need of sharing your happiness or sorrow with your boyfriend/girlfriend and ends up making a call to him/her, only to see it getting rejected and later you receive a text indicating that he/she was too busy to take your call! You follow a client for a month or so and he always says, "he's busy!" You make a weekend plan with your friends and you realize on Friday that none of your friends pick the call and everybody reverts with a text saying, "I am keeping busy this weekend"!

These are the common circumstances which we come across everyday but the question is, Do people really keep so busy that they don't find time for the person who genuinely remembers them? I am not debating for the fact that keeping busy is always a reason to avoid somebody but what irritates is that those people pretend to be so when they are actually not so occupied! Why does the sentence "I am busy" comes in existence only when someone genuinely wants to speak? Why doesn't this sentence come from our parents? If they are really so busy then why do we see their regular updates on Social media with some or the other thing!!!

Perhaps, the reason is simple! Our parents are never so busy that they don't find time for us. In fact, we are the utmost priority for them. So, why cant we be like them!! On the other hand, the people who always utilize "I am busy" as an excuse to avoid somebody, are the same people who are utter failure in time management at their respective organisations. In our respective lives, we have all got 24 hours each and these 24 hours are sufficient to assign equal time to all your works. Speaking to your friend, girlfriend or boyfriend or client or vendor, is the most constructive way to utilize your free time which otherwise would have got wasted in playing Facebook games or gossiping with your colleagues!
Apparently, no one keeps so busy in their work that they cannot respond to somebody's mails, calls or texts! It's just the matter of "prioritizing" which we do not find in the case of this particular lot of people who likes to pretend they are busy!
Having not been able to give time to everything in your life, only indicates that you are poor at "Time management" which subsequently indicates that you are poor in any management of your professional as well as personal life!!

Next time you plan to say somebody that you are busy! think, ponder and contemplate whether the work which you are doing really holds so much of importance that you ignore your loved ones at the cost of saving your "busy bee" status!!!

Is so much of media scrutiny good for new government??

Its been almost 5 months since this entire election process started and media, indeed, has done a commendable job in keeping us up to date about all the happenings. In the process, the questions asked by media to common public, underwent many transitional stages. Initially, they posed a question "whether or not Mr. Narendra Modi would be Prime Ministerial candidate from BJP?" which later changed to "whether or not BJP would get a clear majority under the leadership of Mr. Modi?" Later, we were asked about the Cabinet Members and oath taking date & time!! Finally, our rational mind have been challenged by one more question as to what should be the schedule and strategies of new government??? I think its time to say out loudly that its ENOUGH!!

No doubt, media has done an impeccable job in bringing about awareness in general public in the entire election process but there has to be an end. Rather, media should feel happy for the fact that their efforts have been well received and Mr. Modi has been elected as the Prime Minister of this beautiful nation. Imagine the situation where you are constantly scrutinized while doing your job and ponder! whether you could perform at your level best in that given situation. Its really tough and sometimes it can only press the panic button as it happened in the case of AAP (Aam Admi Party) recently in Delhi. Mr. Arvind Kejriwal obliged media by saying that they are free and most welcome to scrutinize their every act which resulted in the collapse of his government in Delhi.

My point is, lets set Mr. Narendra Bhai Modi free, because its his government and he knows how to run it better than anybody! Probably, that's why we have elected him. Public has done its work, media has been constantly spreading awareness, Mr. Modi is the new PM of India and he has appointed his cabinet too, so what's the point in nagging it any further. Nobody likes any sort of intervention in the way anybody works. So, Please set them free and allow them to breathe and strategize for our country!!

We must pick some other topics for our tea time discussion now and trust me our new government will not mind it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :P

Cheers!

"Understand your Relation better!"

... Sometimes the habit of reading blogs make you to ponder on the issues which needs to be addressed strongly in public and on Social media. Today, while reading the blogs of the great writer Mr. Chetan Bhagat, I was struck by a point where he advises women to be more Self Confident and to have more Self respect! (words were not in the same way, though!). After reading the blog, I realized that there was something deep into that, which needs to be explained in depth!

While pursing my graduation, I came across lot of couples where all the girlfriend had one thing in common! that their boyfriend's were used to take them for granted. I personally did not have any stable relation at that time so I was always curious about Pros & cons of having a relationship. Perhaps, I was hurrying myself up to get into a stable relationship because that is what every college goer desires, to have a girlfriend/boyfriend! May be, that was the effect of my age and sometimes to be honest, I felt inferior to the guys who had girlfriends! :) But I did have close female friends with whom I was used to discuss their relation with their guys and what I noticed in their relation, was the lack of Trust and the existence of insecurity!

Lack of Trust, perhaps, is the biggest reason for most of the couple to call of their relation and in some cases, relations have even broken after 6-7 Years. Astonishing! Aint it? I read somewhere once, "Distrust in a relationship, is like a crack in the mirror which can never be in its original self again!"  The guys must understand that their girls have a world outside them too. She has other friends, she loves hanging around with them too and most importantly she may also have other male friends who are dear to her ! But that doesn't mean She's cheating on you. A girl, when she is in love, can do anything for her guy and by disrespecting her or by distrusting her, you are only giving her reasons to call it off with you. There is no point of getting obsessive and possessive, if she is meant to be with you, she will be with you! Shrug this worm of Distrust off your mind! This distrust leads to insecurity!

The same goes for girls too. You must feel more strengthened when you are in LOVE with a guy whom you have chosen yourself. I have seen girls, praising about their guys endlessly or talking about him solely, even
when you are sitting with your "Pals" who have been your friends even before he entered in your life. Understand! that your boyfriend might be dear to you but he is just a human being and your other male friends have their space and self respect too, so, by doing this you are first of all spoiling the fun which you would probably have with your friends and secondly, pushing your Pals in the ditch of boredom!

Instead, praise him, in front of him! He will feel more secured and contented. Do not accept everything what he demands from you and remember, you still have the parents whom you are answerable to! By doing so, you are asking your guy to live in curiosity and trust me! guys love this!

Have a self respect and do not accept his ego cos you have your own, right! Voice your likes and dislikes to him and trust me! He will be yours forever!!

Cheers!!!!!!!!

A Gesture worth Millions!!

... While I was growing up, I was always used to wonder as to what would be the one thing which unites us all in spite of  we belonging to different race, regions, religions, caste & creed because these are the factors which are responsible for the maximum violence which occurs in our country. Though I could not find out that particular thing but what I learnt in the process was very overwhelming and indeed astonishing! There is one thing which we all have but we utilize it in a very controlled manner i.e SMILE!

I read somewhere, "Smile a lot, it costs nothing"! But in this fast paced life, we've all forgotten to do that. Perhaps we think its taxable too. Its the strongest weapon which we have today and indeed can solve all the problems in life. Smile, perhaps, is the only best response to all your critics and a big "thank you" to all your admirers.

The story is of 22nd April 2014, "I was going on a client meet and was peacefully driving on the road but in the meantime, a guy on Yamaha RXZ collided with "Fiesta", Ah! it was painful! Indeed, for both of them! Be it in monetary term for the guy sitting in fiesta or physical bruises for the guy on Yamaha RXZ. But sometimes we must leave practicality and hence, I ran towards the Biker who was lying on the road with the blood gushing out from all his bruises. I helped that guy and took him to pharmacy which was about 200 Meters away from the place of accident, bought a roll of cotton and helped him to wash his wounds. We both thought for few minutes that the guy in fiesta would have sped away but we were wrong. He actually came back, accepted his mistakes and requested the biker to come along with him to hospital. Biker refused profoundly but he wore a SMILE on his face for the Fiesta guy which won everybody's heart. He just had to say this to Fiesta guy, " Sir, these things keep happening but make sure you drive safe next time because it could be your relative next time". Indeed!

I knew I had met a hero (in my own terms) and he had set an example for everybody. He smiled at me and I knew it was for "Thanks a ton!!"

I felt so good of myself and why not I had learnt a new way to answer my critics & to say "Thanks a tonn!" to my well wishers!!!
SMILE :)

Advent of MMTonline gives new hope and raises the bar in Machine Tools Advertising

....While everyone in the manufacturing industry in general, worries about current economic slowdown and decrease in their production capacity due to the increasing cost of raw materials, there are people in Indian Manufacturing market who are considering this as a positive trend. I, often wonder, what makes these people to think positively and of course, optimistically about the current slowdown!! The question remains unanswered, till date! The best answer which I could find, was the advent of new standards in the way Indian Machine tool manufacturers were used to advertise!
During my various conversation with many of the experts of Indian Machine Tools manufacturing business and on the basis of my own research, the best thing which popped up, was some of the interesting statistics! According to IMTMA (Indian Machine Tools Manufacturers Association) data, India Stands 13th in production and 6th in the consumption of Machine Tools in the world. Since, the manufacturing capacity has reached to saturation level and growth rate for the machine tools industry is declining in developed economies, shifting focus to low cost & high skill geographies like India, has become imperative. The Indian machine Tool industry has around 1000 units in the production of machine tools, accessories, subsystems and parts, out of which around 20 in the large scale sector contributes to 70 percent of the turnover and rest are in the SME Sector.
There is a huge gap in the production and consumption in the country itself if we compare the data of 2 consecutive fiscal year 2011-12 & 2012-13. Though the exports have risen by 19% and imports have gone down by 1%, there is still a huge scope to increase the exports further and bringing down the imports.
Now, this particular gap, prompted us to come up with the perfect answer to entire Indian  Machine tool Industry i.e. www.mmtonline.in . The idea is to increase the reach of Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers and take them globally so that the exports increases further and imports come down. Unlike print media (Specially Industrial Magazines), where the reach is limited and the database is confined to one particular set of subscribers, the MMTonline opens to new market everyday and is available 24/7 for entire Machine Tool Manufacturing Industry. According to GMTMA (German Machine Tool Manufacturers Association) Executive Director Helmut Von Monschaw's Conversation with PTI, "the Indian Machine Tool manufacturers must look abroad as there is a huge demand in German Markets. Driven by the need to reduce costs and source equipment at optimal prices, several German firms have started procuring machine tools from other countries like China, Russia and Bulgaria. India can join the table too."Hence, the MMTonline gives a perfect platform where IMTM can have unlimited reach, can share ideas, technological advances, new processes and predominantly can advertise if they seek entry in the new markets and if they intend to diversify. The platform also demands to work collaboratively in order to achieve mutual growth in the coming years. Therefore, the advent of MMTonline has given new hopes and has indeed raised the bar in Machine Tool Advertising!!!
